Wartburg, University of Iowa partner to offer accelerated master’s degree in library science

WAVERLY – Wartburg College has partnered with the University of Iowa to offer an integrated baccalaureate and master's degree program for students seeking a bachelor's degree from Wartburg and a master's degree in library and information science from Iowa.

The agreement will allow students to earn their Wartburg degree in four years before going on to earn a master's degree from Iowa in one year. Credits for the master's program, which typically requires two years to complete, would be earned during a student's final year at Wartburg.
