Jeff Chesnut Claims $10,000 Prize in ‘$250,000 Riches’ Scratch Game

For the second time in less than five months a Butler County man has claimed a $10,000 lottery prize.
On Friday, Feb. 3, Jeff Chesnut of Clarksville claimed the 28th of 72 prizes of $10,000 available in the lottery’s “$250,000 Riches” scratch game. He claimed his prize at the lottery’s regional office in Cedar Rapids.
Chesnut also claimed a $10,000 lottery prize in September playing the lottery’s “$125,000 Cash” scratch game.
He bought his most recent winning ticket at Express Mart, 205 N. Main St. in Clarksville. The $250,000 Riches scratch game is a $20 ticket.
