Rockford stops North Butler

GREENE – North Butler coach Dave Brown finds himself scratching his head in order to get his team playing the way it did when the Bearcats started the season 4-0.
When Rockford came to town, the Warriors started finding their shot in the second quarter, turning a slim 14-13 advantage into a 38-20 halftime lead in the eventual 64-50 loss that had North Butler falling to 4-5 overall, 3-5 in the Top of Iowa East.
Rockford’s Zach Bushbaum, who led all scorers with 18 points, scored 16 mostly in that second-quarter surge.
