GREENE – Morgan Arjes has always wanted to attend Wartburg College.
After signing to run track with the Knights, the North Butler senior will also get to compete for the school.
One of the many reasons why she chose the Waverly school was its proximity to home.
“Really, it was only between Wartburg and Central,” Arjes said. “I eliminated a lot of choices and Wartburg was close to home, I like home and I plan to live here for the rest of my life and I like the way Wartburg practices were run and I like their campus. I’ve loved everything about it since I was little. I’ve always wanted to go to Wartburg.”
