Mock Caucus teaches by doing, ahead of Feb. 1

  Mariah Wefel, 18, Clarksville, said Wednesday, Jan. 27 was her first time participating in a mock caucus, and Monday, Feb. 1 would be her first time participating in the Presidential Caucus.
  She hit the ground running. Wefel is a precinct captain for Hillary Clinton, meaning she has been "getting the word out" by calling and door-knocking for the candidate.
  Wefel and 27 others attended the Butler County Democrats' Mock Caucus last Wednesday.
