Meet the Rhinestone Roper

The Rhinestone Roper’s tent was a popular spot to be at the Butler County Fair.
The Rhinestone Roper Dan Mink, his wife Yvonne, son Anthony (22) and daughter Emilee (15) performed a variety of roping, knife throwing, gun spinning and bullwhip tricks to the delight of fairgoers.
Mink is the 2007 World Champion Gun Spinner, 2009 World Champion Whip Performer and 2009 World All Around Wild West Performer.
Although Dan Mink always enjoyed roping and performing, he hasn’t always been a cowboy. He was “distracted” for a while as a lawyer. Yvonne Mink was a nurse.
