Meet the marshals of the 2015 Wilder Days Parade, Allison, Iowa

Editor's note: Ken and Ila Wangsness will be marshals of the 2015 Wilder Days Parade, which is themed Wild Wilder West. Line up at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 18, at the Butler County Fairgrounds. Parade at 4 p.m.
  The Wangsness family moved to Allison on Feb. 1, 1961.
  Ken Wangsness was born on the family farm in Calmar, Iowa, on June 30, 1928. Ila (Halvorson) Wangsness was born on Aug. 14, 1932, on her grandparents' family farm in Ridgeway, Iowa.
  Ken and Ila met in the fall of 1950.
