After serving nearly 26 years on the floor as an LPN at Clarksville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Terry Roose will now serve as activity director. She fills the position left by Suzie Wubbena, who has moved on to work at the care center in Greene.
“It’s my dream job,” Roose said.
Crafty activities have always been Roose’s passion. A lifetime Clarksville resident, Roose said she was ready for the career change, switching from physical to mental care. She has been in training for her new role for the last couple weeks, and will work 32 hours per week at Clarksville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and eight hours every week at the assisted living.
Clarksville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, according to Roose, is a great place to work because of all the caring and hardworking people who form the staff.
