Library says goodbye to 52 years of service

Unsung heroes Pat Calease and Martha Shaw are calling it quits after 52 combined years of service at the Clarksville Public Library.
Calease, currently the library assistant, and Shaw, the custodian, are leaving an era behind of library changes, as the new generation begins with the brand new library.
A retirement party is planned in their honor Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the library, with a brief presentation at 11 a.m.
