Late, big rally leads to Bearcat victory

ALLISON – Trailing 5-2 in the sixth inning, North Butler’s bats got to North Iowa's starting pitcher and then feasted on the Bison’s relievers in an 11-run frame as the Bearcats rallied for a 13-5 Top of Iowa Conference win on Wednesday, June 12.
Coach Travis Miller’s team more than batted around in the sixth in which Brandon Adelmund hit fly balls to the outfield, the first getting by the right fielder for a two-run error and then once more hit a two-RBI single before the inning finally ended with the commanding lead and only three outs away from the victory.
