Landscaping under way at Wilder Park Lodge

ALLISON — Landscaping the new lodge at Wilder Park is the task before Jacob Kruse of rural Allison.
  Kruse, a Boy Scout in Troop 1026 in Allison and Greene, is going for his Eagle Scout with the project. A sophomore at North Butler High School, he started to work at a tree farm for Boy Scouts about sixth grade. The troop helps sell trees there and plant them.
  Saturday, May 9, Kruse, his mom, Vicki and grandparents, Harlan and Kathy Kruse, cleared grass from around the lodge in a spray-painted area where the landscaping is to occur.
