Dennis and Alysha Palmer of Bristow have a passion for providing fresh produce for their neighbors throughout Butler County. It’s a family tradition.
In the spring, the Palmers offer flowers and plants, and move on to selling fruits and vegetables as the season progresses. In autumn they offer mums, pumpkins and squash.
They grow some of their produce, and purchase some from the Mennonites in the Riceville and Elma area.
Their products are offered out of their home in Bristow, and they also set up from time to time, depending on the weather, at Cooper Motors in Allison, Hardware Hank in Hampton, the Sheffield Farmer’s Market, on Main Street in Dumont and at Jerry Stirling’s on Main Street in Clarksville. They post on the Palmer’s Greenhouse Facebook page when they will be in each location.
