Hometown Entrepreneurs: New Day Dairy

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a dairy farmer? Clarksville farmers Dan and Lynn Bolin welcome you to find out.
     The couple moved back to Clarksville in December 2015 to continue their family’s 125-year farming tradition, and now they offer tours and “Be a Farmer” experiences at their modern, robotic dairy.
     “Develop. Milk. Bless” is the couple’s motto. Their work at New Day Dairy focuses on developing ideal breeding cattle and implementing best practices at their farm, producing a little over a thousand gallons of milk per day, and blessing their community.
     Dan Bolin grew up on the family farm founded by his great great grandfather, George Washington Bolin, who moved to Clarksville in 1890.
