Geraldine (Gerry) Nicklaus

Geraldine (Gerry) Nicklaus passed away peacefully in Boise, Idaho on July 4th, 2024 with her family at her side.

She was the eldest of 5 children of Hugo and Mildred Ellermann. She was the beloved wife of Delmar Nicklaus who preceded her in death in 2020. She had 5 children of which one passed away in infancy.

Geraldine is survived by 3 siblings, 4 children, 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, as well as in-laws, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held from 1:30–2:30 p.m. on August 10 at St John’s Lutheran Church, 204 N Washington St., Clarksville, Iowa, 50619.
