Faces at North Butler: The Wonder Twins

     There’s no one who works harder to make North Butler Elementary a welcoming place than the school’s own superheroes, The Wonder Twins.
     Mary Uhlenhopp has worked as a custodian at the school for 38 years, and Kristi Anderson for nearly 12 years. Anderson has also served as an associate since 2010. The Wonder Twins work hard to make sure the school is clean, and they contribute to a positive attitude around the school with their Facebook page filled with fun videos where they taste test foods, sing, dance, perform skits and parodies and read jokes.
     Every day, Uhlenhopp comes in at 1 p.m. and works into the evening.
     She helps get everything set up for concerts, plays and performances. And she cleans and prepares the building for school the next day.
