“Promise me you’ll always remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem and smarter than you think,” is third grade teacher Morgan Steere’s favorite quote.
Steere recently completed her second year as a third-grade teacher at North Butler Elementary, but she’s no stranger to the school.
A 2011 graduate of North Butler, Steere’s biggest challenge has been remembering to address her colleagues by their first names. Knowing her fellow teachers and their personalities from studying at North Butler has made it easy for Steere to jump in and work. Everyone has been helpful and welcoming.
Since third grade, Steere’s dream was to become a teacher. Her own teachers made everything fun. She always enjoyed coming to school and participating in athletics. Steere went to state four times in track and twice in softball.
