Faces at North Butle: Meet Melissa Lindaman

Melissa Lindaman is a third-grade teacher who has worked at North Butler schools for 22 years.
     Great administration, great families, great kids and great fellow staff members have kept her here. There have been a lot of changes, but every change, she said, has been for the good of the students.
     “Students are always at the forefront,” said Lindaman. “That’s why we’re here, to find whatever we can do to improve things for students.”
     One of the most fun projects her social studies classes did recently was a family heritage project where students researched which countries their ancestors came from, interviewed an older family member, wrote a report and designed a family crest.
