What will you be teaching and/or coaching at Clarksville?
I am teaching six high school math classes: Algebra I, Algebra A, Algebra B, Geometry, Algebra II, Advanced Mathematics.
Why did you decide to become a teacher?
I went back to school at 28 and told my husband I was going to major in math. He asked what I was going to do with it, and I said maybe I’ll teach. That was the best decision I ever made.
     Where did you grow up?
I graduated from Adel-DeSoto, but that was in 1976. I have lived in Iowa City for the past 20 years.
     Where did you attend college?
I attended Westmar College in LeMars, Iowa. This college no longer exists.
