Dumont Legion Auxiliary presents Lowell Hudson, WWI vet, with a quilt

The Dumont American Legion and Auxiliary presented World War II Army Veteran Lowell Hudson with a special quilt.
Lowell, 91, is a member of the Dumont American Legion Post 360. He was in the army and served as a combat infantry replacement in Italy. Each unit in Butler County presented a quilt to a Veteran as a show of appreciation. The quilt is to help the combat warrior fi nd peace and comfort when wrapped in it. The Dumont American Legion and Auxiliary would like to thank Lowell and all veterans for serving in the America Armed Forces.
