Debra Jurgens, 73, of Allison died on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at the Rehabilitation Center of Allison in Allison.

Debra L. Jurgens was born on May 3, 1952, the daughter of Ted and Audrey (Nieman) Jurgens in Waverly. She lived with her parents in Shell Rock before moving to Dumont and later to Allison.

Survivors are her sister, Kathy Vossberg of Aredale and a nephew, Wyatt Vossberg. She was preceded in death by her parents and by a brother, Larry Jurgens.

There will be no formal service, Debra has been cremated. Inurnment will be at later date in Hillside cemetery in Sheffield, Iowa.
