Clarksville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has been recognized as a 2019 recipient of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) for its commitment to improving the lives of residents through quality care. The distinction is the first of three progressive award levels through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program. The program, presented by the leading association in long term and post-acute care, honors association members across the country that have demonstrated their dedication to improving quality of care for seniors and persons with disabilities.
“As a leader in the long-term care profession, we often are not recognized for the quality of care we provide, the commitment, or the dedication we have for our elders. As a recipient of the nationally recognized bronze award; our hard work is acknowledged not only on a local level; we are being recognized on a national level. The foundation of Community Nursing Home, Inc. success is the community spirit that is found in this very special place,” said Heather Sells, Administrator.
“I am personally honored to be part of this organization where the involvement and dedication starts with the employees and continues through the Board of Directors, Stockholders, volunteers, res-ident and tenant family members, and our community members,” Sells added. “Many small-town nursing homes claim they offer quality care; however, that is the reality at Community Nursing Home, Inc.”
