CLARKSVILLE – Considering Clarksville’s golf team didn’t get the season started a year ago until late April, the Indians hosting their season opener at C.A.R.D on Tuesday, April 9 was a big win.
The golfers themselves didn’t do too bad, either.
Returning state golfer and last year’s district golfer Chloe Ross is back for her junior year and wrapped up her nine-hole opener strong with a pair of 4s to finish with 54, third overall, four strokes back of both Morgan Moeller of Tripoli and Nashua-Plainfield’s Keagan Betsinger.
The full story appears in the April 18 print edition of the Clarksville Star.
