Vern Stoppelmoor passed away October 13, 2018. The family would like to invite everyone to join them for a Celebration of Life in Vern’s memory at an open house on Saturday, July 6 from 1-3 p.m. at the Clarksville Amvet Hall (102 E Greene St., Clarksville, IA.)
