Butler County Abstract Co. employees receive award

The Annual Convention of the Iowa Land Title Association (ILTA) was held May 5 – 7, 2019 at the Holiday Inn & Suites in West Des Moines. At this year’s convention, Amy Grill and Tim Primus of Butler County Abstract Company in Allison, Iowa were honored as recipients of the 2019 ILTA Young Title Person of the Year Award. Recipients of this award have ten years or less experience in their profession and are nominated by their peers in recognition of their significant contributions to the title industry. 
     The Iowa Land Title Association (ILTA) was founded in 1903 to assist its members in the development and maintenance of the highest standards of products and services through education and advocacy programs. The ILTA offers education and certification opportunities, including its professional development courses at the University of Northern Iowa, ILTA Certified Land Title Professional Designation and ILTA Title Plant Certification.
     The Iowa Land Title Association and its 152 member firms are a recognized voice of the Iowa real estate title industry, and strive to set the standards of professional excellence and technical competence for the overall benefit of the public and the land title industry.
