Business spotlight: Butler County Computers

Have you ever struggled for hours trying to figure out what’s wrong when your computer won’t work? That’s where Butler County Computers steps in. Repairman Roger Brown troubleshoots and fixes desktop and laptop computers, and offers network installation, data recovery, printer repair and off-site backup services. Butler County Computers also has desktops, laptops, tablets and printers available for purchase.
     “We’re friendly. We [offer an] economical way to get computers repaired, and we have very good service,” said business owner Randy Moad. “We go above and beyond in getting it fixed. Roger is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of computer repair and software.”
     Brown deals with everything from software problems to hardware issues. For most problems, he can provide remote support, accessing computers remotely to help customers access their network, complete installations, deal with errors, configure printers, or use programs.
     “There are a million potential issues,” Brown said.
