Are you looking for mouth-watering barbeque, pulled pork, roast, steak, grilled ribeye or smoked turkey, along with an array of deliciously classic comfort food, such as scalloped potatoes, at your next event? Look no further than Butler Center Barbeque, based in Waverly.
     Providing quality catering options and first-class service while keeping prices affordable is a priority for business owner Adam Hoffman, who also serves out of his food truck at events such as Greene River Days, auctions and fairs.
     Butler Center Barbeque caters at events from weddings and graduations to funeral luncheons.
     “We’ve served from small get-togethers in the home [catering] to RAGBRAI crowds [as vendors]. The biggest condensed event we’ve done … was serving 600 people hamburgers, potato salad, baked beans, chips, cookies and bottles of water. We had 600 through the line in 45 minutes,” Hoffman said.
