Billy (William) James Rover, age 40, of Shell Rock, died unexpectedly at work on Friday, May 10, 2019.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 17, at Faith Lutheran Church in Shell Rock with Pastor Kim Smith officiating. Memorials may be directed to Billy’s family and online condolences may be left at www.kaisercorson.com.
