GREENE – North Butler couldn’t generate enough offense and were unable to stop Denver defensively in a 43-14 loss to the Cyclones on Friday, Oct. 12.
It was the seventh straight loss of the season for the Bearcats after opening the season with a shutout win over Nashua-Plainfield.
Pacen Hendricks was 5-of-14 passing for 80 yards and a 34-yard touchdown pass to Drew Kromminga and an interception. He also scored on an 83-yard touchdown run, accumulating 94 total yards rushing in the loss. Both Bearcat scores came in the second half.
