An Aplington man's plea to delivery of marijuana, a class D felony, and invasion of privacy, a serious misdemeanor, was accepted on July 13 in Butler County District Court.
Before the offense date, [Korey] Martz, [21]* had no other convictions listed on Iowa Courts Online.
In its determination, the court considered such things as the defendant's prior convictions (or lack thereof) and "that a dangerous weapon or force was not used in the commission of the offense," the judgment said.
