145 Google Chromebooks dished out

Seventh through 12 grade students and teachers will be working together with Google Chromebook devices this year.

One hundred, forty-five devices were set up and handed out to students.

School Improvement Coordinator Eric Eckerman proposed purchasing the products as a cheaper way to replace computer equipment. 

“Quite a few teachers are using them,” he said. “Some teachers are picking a class to focus on them, and others are trying to make the devices part of their day-to-day operations.”
